Refunds & Returns

It is important to us that you are fully satisfied with your experience with the products and services that we offer. We have different refund policies for different services. Please see below.

Live Photo Sessions

We do not offer refunds for photo sessions. It is our expectation that clients complete their sessions on the scheduled dates. For mini sessions, full payment is due at the time of booking. No rescheduling is permitted for mini sessions. For private sessions, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. Should rescheduling be requested for private sessions, we will do our best to accommodate if the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled shoot. Any cancellations or date changes beyond this period warrant forfeiture of the deposit. For custom photo and video projects, a 50% deposit is due upon contract signing with the remaining balance due net 30 days after the shoot.

For mini and private sessions, photos will be delivered digitally within 14 days of the shoot date. Should an extension be needed for the delivery of assets, clients will be notified via email. For custom photo and video projects, deliverables and timelines will be stipulated in the contract.

Website and Digital Design

For all custom web design, graphic design, and digital art projects, a 50% deposit is due upon contract signing with the remaining balance due upon delivery of assets, as stipulated in the contract. Rescinding or canceling the project at any point after contract signing warrants forfeiture of the deposit.

Website Templates & Digital Offerings

Due to the nature of digital products, they are deemed “used” after download, opening, and/or receiving the material URL and password via email. All digital, downloadable, and pre-recorded products are non-refundable or exchangeable. If you do not receive the digital product link or URL upon purchasing, you can immediately email us with your transaction details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
